Here are some shocking statistics; 93% of the characteristics associated with strong leaders can be associated with EQ, 75% of the reasons careers derail can be attributed to factors associated with EQ, 70% of the reasons employees and customers cite for leaving an organization can be connected to EQ. Whether you like it or not, EQ dominates every aspect of your life.
