What is the Emerging Leaders program? What will I learn?

Emerging Leaders Class of 2024 at their June 11, 2024 Graduation.

The first three months of the program are focused on personal leadership development. Included are leadership qualities, traits, and skills; emotional intelligence; and ethical behavior.
Team/Interpersonal Relations and Community Relations are covered in the last two months with an emphasis on organizational communication and conflict resolution.

What is the Commitment? (2025 class)

One-day orientation – January
One full-day session each month on the second Tuesday, from February-June
Monthly virtual check-ins

How do I apply and how much is it?

Tuition for the 2025 Emerging Leaders program is $850, and includes the orientation, monthly sessions, meals, and materials. A limited number of partial scholarships are available to Chamber members that are not able to pay the full tuition. Scholarships are awarded based on need and class composition.

2025 Emerging Leaders begins January 2025. Application deadline is October 15, 2024.
