Who We Are

Welcome to the Women in Business Committee

The Aurora Chamber's Women in Business committee is a community of professionals, entrepreneurs, and advocates united around a simple belief: when women succeed in business, the entire Eastern Metro thrives.

Through education, meaningful events, and genuine connection, we equip women with the tools, relationships, and recognition they need to lead boldly — in the boardroom, at the launch table, and everywhere in between.

Our mission is to amplify women's voices in the business world, support their endeavors, create inclusive workplaces, and provide resources for success in all areas of life.
