Important Guardrails for Advanced Practice
This page is meant to help you practice updating elements that are slightly more complex than standard text or profile changes. The goal is still content maintenance — not rebuilding the page.
- Only replace existing image URLs, alt text, and existing links.
- Do not add or delete slides from the carousel.
- Do not add or delete logo blocks in the linked grid.
- Update one item at a time, then verify it works before moving to the next.
Carousel Image Updates
Practice replacing images inside an existing carousel. You can also update alt text, but do not change the carousel structure or script.
What to Practice Here
Replace one image at a time, publish, and confirm the correct image appears in the carousel without breaking the slide behavior. Then update one alt tag to practice making a complete image update.
Linked Logo Grid Updates
Practice updating a linked logo grid similar to Chairman’s Circle. Change an existing logo image, update a linked destination, and confirm the logo still points to the right organization after publishing.
Carousel Image
Replace one carousel image URL and confirm the slide still rotates correctly.
Alt Text
Update one carousel or logo alt tag so you practice completing the full image edit.
Logo Swap
Replace one linked logo image and verify it still fits cleanly inside the grid.
Link Update
Change one linked logo destination and confirm it opens the correct site after publishing.
