— Robert Devall · Leadership PhilosophyLeading with Systems in Mind
Rob serves as Director of Military Affairs for the Aurora Chamber of Commerce, where he leads regional defense-community integration efforts across the Greater Buckley Region. His work operates at the intersection of local, county, state, and federal systems—bringing together military, civic, education, business, and government partners to strengthen both mission readiness and community outcomes.
His approach is grounded in systems thinking and practical leadership—building the conditions where people, organizations, and communities can succeed. He believes that strong military communities aren’t separate from the communities around them—they’re a reflection of them. When those systems are aligned, the result isn’t just good for servicemembers—it’s good for everyone.
