The Women in Business committee traveled to The Shops at Northfield Stapleton for a three-course meal from some valued Chamber restaurants. Jim N’ Nicks BBQ hosted appetizers of delicious queso dip, quesadillas, and smoked hot links. La Sandia Cantina and Tequila Bar provided lunch choices of baja fish tacos, chicken enchilada divorciadas, or steak fajitas, along with a dessert choice of flan, churros or tres leches cake. The luncheon showcases the cuisine of members in different areas of the region and creates an open and relaxed climate for networking.
