Current Class

The current Leadership Aurora class, 2024-2025, began their journey in September at the retreat in Breckenridge, CO. You can view their class newsletters, below. 

In the spring of each year, the Chamber begins accepting applications for the next class. Following a competitive process that includes interviews with members of the current Leadership board, about 40 new participants are accepted into the program.

The program is steered by the  Leadership Aurora Board, which develops the curriculum and oversees its success.
