In May, members of The Chamber’s Work Well 2.0 Health Series were invited to attend the 11th Annual Colorado Culture of Health and Wellbeing Conference, compliments of Tri-County Health Department (tickets were $250/person). This full-day conference, held at the Colorado Convention Center, offered opportunities to learn about healthcare trends and employee wellness initiatives from a variety of speakers and breakout sessions, along with exhibits, networking – and of course, healthy breakfast and lunch!
Chamber member Children’s Hospital Colorado was named the 2018 Colorado Governor’s Award for Worksite Wellness at the Conference.
The Work Well 2.0 Health Series is possible through a partnership of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce and Tri-County Health Department, and is sponsored by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) through the Cancer, Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Disease Grants Program.
