By the middle of December each year, calendars ‘bunch up’ with holiday gatherings and end-of-year tasks – sometimes making meetings difficult to attend.

Webinars can provide a ‘healthy’ – aka low stress – option to in-person meetings, and so the December 14 Work Well 2.0 Health Series meeting was through technology, allowing Coalition members to access an informational HealthLinks webinar from the comfort of wherever they might be. HealthLinks provides the worksite assessments for program members, which helps to determine organization-specific Worksite Wellness plans. As HealthLinks continues to evolve as an assessment tool, it’s helpful for participants to be aware of updates and to be able to ask questions.
