The Center for Relationship Education (CRE) hosted and provided lunch for the Women in Business Committee, Diversity and Inclusion Council and the Young Professionals, for a professional development workshop. Director of Development with CRE Jonathan Dickerson gave an interactive presentation titled You be the Judge: Breaking through Assumptions in the Workplace. Dickerson asserted that judgments based on assumptions are dangerous when trying to develop a team. The group learned about the assumptive realities in the workplace and was provide with information about ways to combat them.
