The Leadership Aurora Board steers the program, develops the curriculum and
oversees its success.
In the spring of each year, the Chamber begins accepting applications for the
next class. Following a competitive process that includes interviews with
members of the current Leadership board, about 35 new participants are accepted
into the program.
