Helping to plan for Aurora’s future – Business for the Arts / Oct. 4, 2016

It was a lively discussion at The Chamber’s Oct. 4, 2016 Business for the Arts meeting, as Parrish Gibson, Special Projects Coordinator with the City of Aurora, conducted an Aurora Places business workshop.

Aurora Places, an 18-month project that began July 2016, will become the City’s “road map,” detailing a long-term vision for land use and development. It will answer “What should Aurora look like in 10-20 years?” and “How will we get there?”

Business and community workshops are currently being conducted. The information gathered will then be analyzed and prioritized in order to create a comprehensive plan.
